How buying works

1. 1

Ask on WhatsApp to confirm it's still here.

2. 2

Check it in person in Mumbai, or on a video call from anywhere in India.

3. 3

Pay and collect. You get a sale receipt with the serial.

Outside Mumbai

1. We agree the details on WhatsApp.
2. Someone you trust in Mumbai can inspect it for you, if you like.
3. A video call where we show you the unit and its serial.
4. Full advance payment.
5. We pack it live on video.
6. You get the courier receipt and the tracking ID.

Warranty and guarantee

• Apple warranty and AppleCare+ follow the serial. Check it on Apple's coverage site before you pay.
• Where a unit has no Apple cover left, our 1-month guarantee applies: if it has a fault we didn't tell you about, message us within a month of buying with the serial and what's wrong.
