Can I check the MacBook Pro M3 Max before I pay?

Yes, you check it first and pay after. In Mumbai you see it in person and pay only once you're happy. Outside Mumbai we show you the unit and its serial on a video call, you pay in advance, we pack it live on video and send you the tracking ID.

Does a used MacBook Pro M3 Max come with a warranty?

Yes, every unit has cover: Apple warranty or AppleCare+ where there is some left, and our 1-month guarantee where there is not. Each listing shows which one applies. Check the serial on Apple's coverage site before you pay.

No, all sales are final. Once you've checked it and paid, the sale stays, which is why every unit is described exactly and you can check it first. If a unit has no Apple cover and has a fault we didn't tell you about, our 1-month guarantee applies.

How do I check the battery on a used MacBook?

Open System Settings, then Battery, and tap the info button next to Battery Health to see the maximum capacity. For the cycle count, hold Option and click the Apple menu, open System Information, then Power. We list battery health on each MacBook, and the cycle count where we have it.
